For all of our support classes that do not use the pole or silks, you can wear comfortable active wear.
For aerial fabrics classes you need to be as covered up as possible to avoid material burn!
Leggings and a t-shirt that fully covers your underarms is ideal along with runners for the warm up (the rest of the class will be bare foot).
Our staff will tailor a personalized program for you depending on what your goals are which will include a minimum commitment of 3 classes per week for 2 weeks.
You will also get bonus classes within the 14-days, a beginners welcome pack & studio tour!
Our kickstart program gives you the best possible head start & is designed for absolute beginners.
You will learn basic pole tricks and routines over 4 pole dancing classes within the 14-days.You will learn to feel comfortable in your own skin, shed insecurities & learn to appreciate your body for the way it functions as opposed to what it looks like.Confidence is key when working out and that's exactly what pole dancing gives you.Our studios are full of encouragement and acceptance.When you walk into our classes, you will leave with new life long friendships that you will treasure.High intensity workout classes run for 45 minutes where as pole dancing class and courses run for one hour at a time.
